Blue North is partnering with the Ecoinvent, University of Cape Town (UCT), The Greenhouse and the University of Zurich to calculate the carbon footprint of South African grown Oranges, Apples and Pears. Confronting Climate Change (CCC) data and input from industry experts was used to prepare the carbon footprint datasets.
