An update from Blue North on our response to the Covid-19 pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us all, upending the engines of commerce, closing schools and some businesses, and disrupting the rhythms of our daily lives. As all of us adjust to this global crisis, we wanted to assure you that Blue North will continue to operate and support you through this time with information, our online solutions and advisory services as usual.  As a company, we are fortunate in that we have been working remotely for many years and at present, we do not foresee any disruptions in the services we provide.

We understand that balancing your own health and that of your families, teams and communities, while establishing new ways of working in this challenging environment, takes time and dedication. We are committed to supporting and serving you, our valued clients, throughout this time as you adjust to this new reality. We are convinced that the global response to confront this crisis that we are witnessing and which we are all part of, is providing an example of what is possible when we stand together and take coordinated, committed and compassionate action. There is much to be learned in the days, weeks and months that lie ahead.

On a more practical front, we are in the process of reviewing all our projects and services to identify where we can provide them “virtually” and/or remotely. As such, we will be increasing our use of scheduled webinars, online training videos and our remote support-desk capabilities. This will ensure that you have uninterrupted access to our tools, services and team. However, communication is key in this trying time and we would appreciate your thoughts on other ways we can engage with and assist you. If you have any ideas you may want to share with us, please do not hesitate to reach out.
